Our annual report shares important program results, community partnerships, volunteer contributions, and organizational goals.

Cars of Hope 2025 Annual Report Highlights

In 2025, Cars of Hope celebrated 15 years of serving families in Chicago’s suburbs.

During the year, our organization received 94 donated vehicles.

Of those donations, we repaired and gifted five vehicles to families in need. The average repair cost for each program car was $7,600.

These vehicles help families overcome transportation challenges and work toward greater financial independence.

Our organization also welcomed 12 new partners who joined us in supporting our mission.

How Car Donations Help Local Families

Reliable transportation plays an important role in everyday life.

A dependable vehicle helps parents travel to work, take children to school, and attend medical appointments.

Unfortunately, transportation can be a major challenge for families experiencing financial difficulties.

Cars of Hope addresses this need through generous vehicle donations and community support.

Our volunteers and professional repair partners prepare suitable donated vehicles for families.

When a donated vehicle is not economical to repair, its sale can help support our transportation program.

Celebrating Volunteers and Community Partners

The Cars of Hope 2025 annual report also recognizes the people and organizations behind our mission.

Throughout the year, volunteers, donors, sponsors, and community partners contributed their time and resources.

The report includes stories from a vehicle recipient and dedicated volunteers.

It also highlights community fundraising activities and our 15th anniversary celebration.

We appreciate everyone who helped make these accomplishments possible.

Looking Ahead to the Future

Cars of Hope continues working to expand its transportation assistance program.

Our goal for 2026 is to gift at least 12 vehicles to families in need.

Through our Vision 2030 initiative, we aim to provide 30 or more vehicles annually by 2030.

These goals reflect our commitment to helping more Chicagoland families become financially independent.
